Lincoln – The Delaware State Police have identified Carlos R. Marin-Landa, 28, of Millsboro, as the operator of a Kawasaki 1000cc motorcycle, who was killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 11:23 p.m., Saturday, September 22, 2018, on Cedar Creek Rd., in the area of Heritage Rd., Lincoln.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Cpl. K. Argo of the Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit by calling 302-703-3264.
