Troopers Seek Assistance In Identifying Bank Robbery Suspect

Newark – The Delaware State Police are continuing to investigate a pair of bank robberies that occurred on consecutive days last week, and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.

On Tuesday, September 18, 2018 the pictured suspect entered the Wells Fargo Bank located at 2011 Concord Pike and presented a demand note to the teller while implying that he was armed with an explosive device. On Wednesday, September 19, he committed a similar robbery at the Wells Fargo Bank located 1424 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle. In each incident he made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Anyone with information regarding the suspects identity or whereabouts are asked to contact the Troop 2 Robbery Unit at 302-365-8566.
