Harrington–  The Delaware State Police have arrested a Felton man after he threatened a co-worker with a gun while working.

The incident occurred on Monday, September 10, 2018 at approximately 10:17 a.m., when Troopers were dispatched to Kirby and Holloway Meats located at 966 Jackson Ditch Road, for a report of an employee with a handgun.  Upon arrival, Troopers learned that a temporary employee, David Frasier, 26, had engaged in an argument with a 56-year-old male employee.  As a result of the argument, Frasier exited the facility and retrieved a handgun from his vehicle.  Frasier re-entered the facility and proceeded directly towards the victim, while waving the firearm in the air.  Frasier then returned to his vehicle and fled from the scene without further incident.  No injures were reported.

Troopers made contact with Frazier who agreed to turn himself in at Troop 3.  Frazier was charged with Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony and Aggravated Menacing.  He was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on $20,000.00 unsecured bond.
