Dover (19901)-The Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a serious crash that occurred at approximately 6:12 p.m., Friday, September 7, 2018 on South Dupont Highway in the southbound lanes.  As a result of this crash, southbound Rt. 13 in the area of Longacre Drive is closed.
