Claymont- The Delaware State Police have identified Michael L. Kent, 53, of Newark as the operator of a Volvo tanker truck who was killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 3:02 a.m., Saturday, August 11, 2018 on I-495 northbound just south of the Philadelphia Pike in Claymont.
