New Castle – The Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a serious motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian that occurred at approximately 5:03 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2018 on New Castle Avenue (DE Rt. 9) northbound in the area of Rose Lane.

New Castle Avenue northbound in the area of Rose Lane is restricted to one lane of travel. Motorists will experience delays in the area and are advised to seek alternate routes of travel.
