New Castle- The Delaware State Police is releasing the name of the man that was killed in the Tuesday, July 10, 2018 crash on U.S. 13 near the Red Lion Road intersection, as 53-year-old Eugene T. Downward Jr. of Townsend, Delaware.

This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
