Seaford- Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a crash involving an overturned dump truck, that occurred on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at approximately 6:46 a.m., on Concord Road (Rt. 20) in the area of Pepper Road.

The dump truck has lost its load which has sand all over the roadway.  Concord Pond Road in the area of Pepper road is closed at this time.

Motorist should expect delays in this area and are advised to seek alternate routes of travel.
