Greenwood-The Delaware State Police have arrested a Felton man on burglary charges after he was observed breaking into a garage.

The incident occurred on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at approximately 8:28 a.m. when Troopers were dispatched to the 13000 block of St. Johnstown Road for a report of a burglary in progress called in by a neighbor.  Upon arrival to the residence, Troopers located 34-year-old, Jesse A. Jesse was transported back to Troop 5 where he was charged with Burglary 3rd, Burglary 2nd, and Theft (Felony).  He was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $1,495.00 cash only bond.
