Trooper Seek Public’s Assistance in Locating a Wanted Subject-Dover

WANTED: Woodly N. Clairvoyant, 27 of Dover

Dover – State Police are requesting assistance in locating Woodly N. Clairvoyant, 27 of Dover, who is wanted for Felony Assault 2nd and Terroristic Threatening.

The preliminary investigation has revealed the incident occurred today, June 3, 2018 around 2:00 a.m., as troopers were dispatched to a fight in progress at the Dover Estates located at 51 Webbs Lane, Dover. Upon arrival it was learned the suspect, Woodly N. Clairvoyant was walking through the parking lot of the apartment complex when the victim pulled into the parking lot. Both exchanged words and an argument ensued with the suspect grabbing a concealed object and subsequently stabbing the victim on the upper extremity. During the assault, Clairvoyant threatened to kill the victim. The suspect then fled the area. No other injuries were reported.

The victim was transported by EMS to a local area hospital and treated for the serious injury. Warrants were obtained for Woodly through the Justice of the Peace Court 7 for Felony Assault and Terroristic Threatening.

The suspect, Woodly N. Clairvoyant, 27 of Dover, is described as a black male, approximately 5’06” tall, weighing 145 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.
