Dewey Beach – The Delaware State Police have identified Peter M. Rudnicki, 22, of Bethesda, Maryland, as the pedestrian that was struck and killed in a crash that occurred at approximately 12:31 a.m., Friday, May 25, 2018 on Coastal Highway (SR1) northbound at the intersection of Keybox Road south of Dewey Beach.
