Newark- The Delaware State Police is releasing the name of the man that was killed in the Monday, May 7, 2018 crash on SR 273 eastbound east of Ruthar Drive as 21-year-old Elijah Green of Newark.

This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit.
