Troopers Seek Public’s Assistance in Locating Wanted Suspect

Wilmington (19803)- The Delaware State Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspect who is wanted in connection with embezzlement from a restaurant.

The investigation began on February 6, 2018 when Troopers were contacted by a manger of the Panera Bread located at 2311 Concord Pike, Wilmington, regarding an employee who was stealing money from the cash register.  Through further investigations, it was discovered that an employee, identified as 36-year-old Yasser J. Wolf of Downingtown, PA had been conducting fraudulent cash refund transactions from October 2017 to January 2018.  Wolf made over 151 fraudulent cash refunds totaling over $2,300.00.

Wolf (no photo available) is a white male, 5’08” tall, 220 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.

Troopers have been unable to locate Wolf who currently has active warrants for Theft (Felony) and Falsifying Business Records.
