Bridgeville– The Delaware State Police Troop 5 will be hosting a Town Hall Meeting to provide the public with its 2017 “Year in Review”.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m., at Heritage Shores, 1 Heritage Shore Circle, Bridgeville. The conversation will focus on providing the community with a better understanding of how Troop 5  functions and the duties and responsibilities those Troopers handle on a daily basis.  Topics will include a review of the rates of crime, crashes and investigative clearances in western Sussex County in 2017, and how enforcement plans have adjusted for 2018.

The meeting is open to the public and all are welcome and encouraged to attend. It is a great opportunity for the community to exchange ideas for maximum public safety where we live, work, and travel.
