Dover- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R.) is currently looking for the following wanted sex offender.

Mark D. Franklin, 31 of Dover who is 6’02” tall, 190 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes is a registered sex offender who is currently wanted for failure to re-register and violation of probation.  He may possibly be headed south to Florida.
