Bear – Delaware State Police have arrested Salih M. Frink, 14, of Bear, for the attempted robbery of a Bear area restaurant that occurred yesterday afternoon.

The incident occurred at approximately 12:43 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at the Great Wall Chinese restaurant, located at 807 Governors Place, Bear. Frink placed a food order and as the 35 year old, female employee opened the register to complete the transaction, he jumped on to the counter and reached into the register, in an attempt to obtain money.
