Middletown – Troopers are currently performing manual traffic control at the intersection of Summit Bridge Road and Boyds Corner / Churchtown Road, Middletown, due to malfunctioning traffic lights.

Traffic is being allowed to proceed north and southbound however there is no cross traffic at the intersection.

DELDOT crews are on scene however there is no estimated time on the repairs being completed.

Motorists can expect delays in the area and are encouraged to seek alternate routes of travel.

If traveling in the area use extreme caution due to decreased visibility and wet roadways.
