Troopers Seek Public’s Assistance in Identifying Shoplifting Suspect

Wilmington (19802)–The Delaware State Police is seeking the public’s assistance in attempting to identify a shoplifting suspect.

The suspect entered the BP Gas Station located at 3507 Miller Road on two separate occasions, Thursday, January 18, 2018 at approximately 7:17 p.m., and Friday, January 19, 2018 at approximately 2:13 p.m.  On both occasions, the suspect removed large quantities of candy boxes before fleeing the store without rendering payment.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 30 years of age, 5’10” tall, with a goatee, wearing a dark colored puffy winter jacket, blue jeans, and brown colored shoes.
