Wilmington – Delaware State Police are asking for the public’s assistance, in locating Eugene Smallwood, 40, who is currently wanted for shoplifting and theft related charges.

Smallwood, who has a last known address of Marianna Drive, in Wilmington, has active warrants on file at Troop 1 and Troop 6, and is also wanted by the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas, for Violation of Probation.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Smallwood, is asked to contact Cpl. D. Fuscellaro at Troop 1, by calling 302-660-3443. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware crime stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or via the internet at http://www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com
