Newark – Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Old Baltimore Pike and Walther Road,  involving  a school bus, which was transporting children from Thurgood Marshall Elementary School.

None of the students on the bus were injured as a result of the crash. The driver of the second vehicle was transported to the Christiana Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Expect delays in the area as emergency equipment is still on scene.
