Wilmington (19802) – Delaware State Police are releasing the names of the two victims, who were killed in a motor vehicle crash, which occurred at approximately 11:58 a.m., Friday December 1, 2017, on I -495 northbound, at 12th Street, Wilmington.

The operator of the Ford Focus, who was pronounced dead at the scene has been identified as Virginia Brice, 56, of Wilmington. The front seat passenger in the same vehicle, who was pronounced dead at the Christiana Hospital, has been identified as Charles Butcher, 81, also of Wilmington.
