Newark – State Police are currently on the scene of an overturned tractor trailer that has shut down the on-ramp of I-95 northbound from northbound South College Avenue (SR-896).

The incident occurred around 9:47 a.m. Sunday December 3, 2017 when a tractor trailer carrying produce was traveling northbound on SR-896 merging onto I-95 northbound.  For undetermined reasons, the tractor trailer overturned on the on-ramp.  No injuries have been reported.
