Newark (19713) – The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing to investigate a serious motor vehicle crash which occurred at approximately 2:23 p.m., Tuesday November 7, 2017, which had E. Chestnut Hill Road (DE Rt. 4) in the area of Todds Lane, Newark, completely closed.

At this time all lanes of E. Chestnut Hill Road have been re-opened.

The investigation is ongoing and further details will be released as they become available.
