State Police Investigate Home Invasion – Seaford

Seaford – The Delaware State Police are investigating a home invasion that occurred in Seaford early this morning.

The preliminary investigation has determined the incident occurred around 4:16 a.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017 when troopers responded to the 11,000 block of Orange Blossom lane, Seaford for a reported Home Invasion. The investigation revealed that an unknown subject entered the residence and confronted two female victims, who had been sleeping in the living room. The suspect grabbed one of the victims and dragged her through the residence while displaying a handgun. The suspect then rifled through the residence and took cell phones and a video game system. As the victims attempted to exit the residence they encountered the suspect who then fired his weapon in an unknown direction. The suspect then fled the scene. The victims were not injured.

The suspect was described as a black male, 5’10” to 6’00” tall, 150-160 lbs., wearing dark clothing with an unknown make and model handgun.
