Little Heaven – The Delaware State Police are releasing the name of the driver of the Kia Spectra involved in yesterday’s fatal crash in Little Heaven as Patricia M. Rolling, 58 of Houston.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing their investigation into this incident.
