Troopers Seek Public’s Assistance in Locating Wanted Subject

Harrington – The Delaware State Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a wanted subject in connection with numerous domestic related crimes.

Richard E. Cramer, 59 of Harrington, is wanted for five counts of Harassment, five counts of Criminal Contempt of a Domestic Violence Protective Order, and one count of Terroristic Threatening.  He is also wanted out of Kent County Family Court and Superior Court for capiases.

If anyone has any information in reference to Richard Cramer’s whereabouts, they are asked to contact Troop 3 at 302-697-4454.  Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet at www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com.
