New Castle – Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a two vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer which occurred on US 13 northbound at the intersection with Saienni Blvd. Traffic is restricted to one lane in each direction on US 13.

Expect heavy delays in the area and please seek alternate routes of travel.
