**UPDATE NAME RELEASED** Pedestrian Struck and Killed in Hit and Run on Kirkwood Highway

Wilmington – Delaware State Police have identified the pedestrian who was struck and killed in a hit and run collision which occurred on Saturday September, 30, as Clara R. Davis, 50, of Wilmington.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing their investigation into this incident.
