Smyrna – The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has identified the 45-year-old Smyrna woman who was killed in the two vehicle crash which occurred on US13 at Black Diamond Road yesterday morning as Kelly A Brandenburg.

This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police.
