Leipsic – A Smyrna man was arrested by troopers after he fired his shotgun into the air to break up a verbal dispute.
Leonard H. Voss Jr., 61 of Smyrna, was arrested Monday August 28, 2017 for Possession of a Firearm During a Commission of a Felony, Aggravated Menacing, Terroristic Threatening, and Reckless Endangering 2nd. This stemmed from an incident that occurred the same day around 12:25 p.m. in the parking lot of Careys Diesel located at 168 E.
