Newark – State Police are requesting assistance in locating Daniel D. Haye, 21 of Wilmington, who is wanted for Receiving Stolen Property, Conspiracy 2nd, Resisting Arrest, and other traffic related charges.  He is also wanted out of New Castle County courts for capiases.  Haye is wanted in connection with operating a stolen vehicle and then fleeing after crashing on Ogletown Stanton Road back on August 24, 2017.
