Troopers Investigate Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash Involving a Pedestrian – Update

Newark – The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has identified the 51-year-old female pedestrian who was struck and killed on DE Rt. 2 in the area of Darwin Drive yesterday morning, as Barbara Fels, 51, of Newark.

This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police.
