New Castle (19720) – The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has identified the 57 year old New Castle woman who died in the motor vehicle crash which occurred on US Rt. 13 south on DE Rt. 273 on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, as Diane L. Hamby.

This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police.
