**Traffic Advisory** Troopers Investigating Tractor Trailer Crash- Update

New Castle (19720) – All of the northbound lanes of I-95 south of the I-495 split have been re-opened to traffic. Commuters should still expect heavy traffic in the area.

This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police.
