The investigation has determined that the crash occurred at approximately 10:17 a.m. this morning, Wednesday, May 31, 2017, as Autumn L. She was then thrown to the ground and came to rest just east of the roadway.
Fisher was treated at the scene by New Castle County Paramedics. She was then transported by ambulance to the Christiana Medical Center where she was treated for her non-life threatening injuries. Fisher was cited by troopers for Failure to Maintain a Lane of Travel.
