Dover – The Delaware State Police are releasing the name of the victim involved in the shooting at Alder Park Apartments as Lamare Kiser, 44 of Dover.  An autopsy conducted by the Delaware Division of Forensic Science has determined the death to be a homicide by a gunshot wounds to the upper torso.

The investigation into this incident by the Homicide Unit is continuing and no arrests have been made and no suspects have been identified.

If anyone has any information in reference to this incident, they are asked to contact the Detective M. Ryde at 302-698-8557. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet at www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword “DSP.”
