The Delaware State Police will be holding a meeting for all media agencies covering Corporal Stephen J. Ballard’s funeral at the Chase Center on the Riverfront located at 815 Justinson Street, Wilmington, Delaware.
Media will receive a briefing on the routes, layout and staging area before, during and after the funeral services.
Media is encouraged to attend.
