Wilmington, DE- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R) is currently looking for wanted sex offenders after they failed to register as a sex offender as required by law.

Investigators have obtained a warrant for Kenneth S. Investigators have obtained a warrant for Kareem D. Cain, 28 of Wilmington.  Cain, a Tier 1 (Low Risk) sex offender, is a black male, 5’07” tall, 168 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. View mug shot:

The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit are asking anyone who may know the location of the wanted sex offenders to call 302-672-5306. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet at www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword “DSP.”
