**Traffic Advisory** Troopers Investigate Serious Pedestrian Crash- Update #2

Wilmington- The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has identified the 53-year-old Wilmington man who was struck and killed in the hit-and-run crash that occurred on DE SR 2 west of Greenbank Road on Thursday, March 30, 2017, as Christopher Hess.

This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police.
