Lincoln, DE- The Delaware State Police are asking the public’s assistance in attempting to locate a Lincoln woman wanted for Robbery crimes committed in Sussex County.

The initial investigation has determined the incident occurred on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at approximately 6:08 p.m., as a white female arrived at a residence on Cubbage Drive, Lincoln, attempting to sell laundry products. After the victim agreed to purchase products from the suspect she went to retrieve the money from the kitchen. The suspect followed the victim into the kitchen, displayed a knife and demanded her money and property. The victim complied with the suspect’s demands and turned over an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect grabbed the money, multiple credit cards and a cellular phone from the victim. During the robbery another victim at the residence attempted to take a photo of the suspect. The suspect while displaying the knife demanded the cell phone in which the victim refused to comply with her demands. The suspect fled from the residence in an unknown direction. The victims were not injured.

Through investigative measures, Julia N. Vadakin, 23 of Lincoln, was identified as the suspect.  She is described as a white female, approximately  5’07” tall, and weighs approximately 200-225 lbs. There is no further physical or clothing description available. Julia N. Vadakin is also wanted for violation of probation, seven active capiases out of Kent and Sussex County Court of Common Pleas and shoplifting out of the Camden Police Department. (see photo attached)
