Elsmere- The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has identified the 68 year old Newark man who was killed in the three vehicle crash which occurred yesterday afternoon on DE Rt. 141 south of Kirkwood Highway as Dinesh B. Shah.
This crash remains under investigation by the Delaware State Police.
