Frankford – The Delaware State Police Major Crimes Unit has arrested two people involved in an early Saturday morning home invasion near Frankford.

The incident occurred Saturday December 24, 2016 around 6:30 a.m. as a 19-year old male victim and a 18-year-old male victim were sleeping in separate bedrooms and were suddenly awoken by three suspects forcefully breaking into the house through the front door.  The male victims were confronted by the suspects armed with hammers and were dragged out of their beds and into the living room while the suspects search the house.  Upon seeing car lights, the trio fled the residence and drove away in a silver Chevrolet Suburban.  The suspects fled with a large metal grinder and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Further investigation revealed two of the suspect’s identities to be Theodore Wilson, 21 of Dagsboro, and Kevin H. Jesneck, 38 of Ocean View.  Troopers responded to Jesneck’s residence where him and Wilson were taken into custody without incident and the large metal grinder that was reported stolen was recovered.

Theodore Wilson and Kevin Jesneck were transported back to Troop 4 where they were arrested for Home Invasion, Conspiracy 2nd, Offensive Touching, and Criminal Mischief.  They were both arraigned at JP3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $15,000.00 secured bond.  No photos are available for either subject.

The third suspect involved in the incident has yet to be identified and the investigation is on-going by detectives.  The victims were uninjured in the incident.
