Preliminary investigation reveals the incident occurred around 2:47 p.m. today, Thursday August 4, 2016, as a 35-year-old male was operating a 2001 Dodge Durango southbound on Donovans Road and failed to negotiate a sharp left curve. The Durango struck a parked car in the parking lot of Donovans Salvage, located at 20262 Donovans Road, which in turn struck a male pedestrian.
