Troopers Investigate Liquor Store Robbery

Milford, DE- Delaware State Police are currently investigating the armed robbery of a Milford area liquor store that occurred late last night.

The initial investigation has determined that the incident occurred on Friday, July 1, 2016 at approximately 10:31 p.m., as a male suspect entered the M & M Liquors located at 1606 Bay Road, Milford. The suspect, who was armed with an unknown make and model handgun, confronted a male clerk and demanded money from the cash register. The clerk complied with the suspect’s demands and turned over an undisclosed amount of money to him. The suspect then exited the store and was last seen fleeing the parking lot in an unknown make and model passenger car. The clerk was not injured.

The suspect was described as a white male. He was 5’09” tall, had blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. He also had a mask covering his face. There is no further physical or clothing description available.
