Bethany Beach, DE– The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has been requested by Bethany Beach Police Department to investigate a hit and run crash seriously injuring a bicyclist.

The incident occurred around 11:09 p.m., Wednesday June 29, 2016, as a 20-year-old female foreign national residing in Ocean View, was riding her bicycle southbound on the southbound shoulder of Kent Avenue just north of Jefferson Bridge Road.
