Frederica- The Delaware State Police are currently conducting a criminal investigation on Bay Road (SR1) southbound just south of Barratts Chapel Road.

SR1 northbound and southbound are currently closed in the area of Barratts Chapel Road. Commuters are advised to seek alternate routes of travel.

Further details outlining the investigation will be released later this morning.
