Delaware State Police Troop 1 is issuing a Gold Alert for 16-year-old Onesimus Sumpter of Wilmington, DE. Sumpter was last seen on April 7, 2023, at approximately 6:12 a.m., in the Wilmington area. Attempts to contact or locate Sumpter have been unsuccessful, and there is a true concern for his safety and well-being.

Sumpter is described as a black male, approximately 6’2” tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and burgundy Jordan sneakers.

Anyone with information regarding Onesimus Sumpter’s whereabouts is asked to contact Delaware State Police Troop 1 by calling 302-761-6677, or by dialing 9-1-1. Information may also be provided by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
