Wilmington- Delaware State Police have arrested three 15-year-old juvenile males of Wilmington, for robbery and related charges following two attempted carjackings that occurred Monday evening.

The first incident occurred on December 13, 2021 at approximately 6:00 p.m., in the parking lot of Target, located at 1050 Brandywine Parkway, Wilmington. The three juvenile males approached a 28-year-old male victim in the parking lot, and asked him for directions. The male victim was in the process of getting into his parked vehicle when the juvenile males tried to forcibly remove him from his vehicle in an effort to steal it. The male victim was able to gain control of his vehicle, and drove away from the parking lot.
