*UPDATE- Wanted Subject Located* Troopers Seeking Public’s Help in Locating Wanted Subject- Kent County

Kent County- On Friday, April 30, 2021, Delaware State Police requested the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Ryan C. Hicks of Felton. Hicks was wanted in connection to multiple thefts that occurred in the Kent County, DE, area.  On Sunday, May 2, 2021, Hick’s was located at a residence in Felton and was taken into custody without incident.  He was transported to Troop 3 where he was charged with the following crimes:

  • Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony)
  • Theft of a Firearm (Felony)
  • Theft Over $1,500 (Felony)
  • Attempt to Commit Theft
  • 2 counts- Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree
  • Theft Under $1,500

Hicks was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court #7 and released on his own recognizance.
