Bridgeville- Delaware State Police arrested 40-year-old Quanteve L. Hanzer of Seaford on March 22, 2021, after he turned himself into Delaware State Police Troop 5.
On March 16, 2021, troopers responded to a residence on the E. 2nd Street, Blades, for a reported altercation. Through the investigation, it was discovered Hanzer responded to an acquaintance residence and attempted to gain entry into the residence. Hanzer fled the scene prior to police arrival and was unable to be located by troopers. A computer search revealed there was an active No Contact Order with Hanzer and the acquaintance.
Hanzer was charged with the following crimes:
Hanzer was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $13,500.00 cash bond.
